Timber Scaffolding Projects

Price estimates are:

for external house sides only. It does not include internal areas like airwell, lift compartment, etc.
include one-time scaffolding erection and dismantle.
include weekly safety endorsement.
include rental period of 3 weeks (minimum).

These examples are for existing houses undergoing simple works like painting, roof repair, aircon cleaning, etc. For new build housing project, please contact us to arrange for a site visit and quote.

Terrace House - Scaffolding for Front and Back only

(Price Range $1,800 to $2,800)

Semi-Detached House - Scaffolding for External only

(Price Range $3,000 to $6,000)

Bungalow House - Scaffolding for External only

(Price from $8,000 onwards)

Specialized Services (Chinese Opera)

Minimum rental is $1,500 depending on the requirements.
For Example:

Standard Hokkien or Teochew Opera Stage (structure only).
$1,500 for first 2 days (minimum) and $200 per additional day.
Other types of Opera Stage, like Cantonese and 供棚 type, also available for quotation.

Aluminium Scaffolding

Minimum rental is $500 for 1 week depending on the requirements.
For Example:

Rental price $500 for a 4m-Plaform Height for 1 week, including one-time scaffolding erection and dismantle
